The National Advisory Council on the Employment of Women, Mana Wahine Mana Wahi (NACEW) hosted a forum In March 2012 to find out what factors would make a positive difference to young women in employment and help them on their pathway to leadership.

Heathrose Research wrote up the final report to capture the insights and contributions of the 80 forum participants. Role models and mentoring, parental leave and flexi-work opportunities to manage work and family were identified as key areas.
