A new, illustrated book about Wellington has been flying off the shelves - and at Heathrose Research we are the contented owners of a few copies. Wellingtonians have snapped up the first 2,000 copies in less than a month and it has just been nominated as a finalist in the design institute's BEST awards.

The Wellington Book is a quirky celebration of all things Wellingtonian from white knuckle landings at the airport, to traffic wardens, tooting in the tunnel and the townbelt.

In response to demand, the Wellington Book team have begun producing large format art prints of the book's illustrations, a calendar and t-shirts. An e-version of the book is on the way too.
